I work on operating systems for e-commerce and supply chain, where information, decisions, and execution stay aligned from planning to fulfillment. I focus on workflow architecture at the seam of system design and operational reality, turning fragmented handoffs across sales, warehouse, and logistics into reliable operating loops.
I care most about systems that remain usable when conditions are messy, not just when everything is ideal. In practice, that means defining constraints early, reducing coordination friction across functions, and designing interfaces that make tradeoffs visible. I use applied AI selectively where it improves judgment, response speed, or execution quality in repeatable ways.
Alongside delivery work, I spend time studying market structure, economic incentives, and intelligent systems, because strategy and operations are inseparable over the long run. I also keep a small play practice around games, music, and film to sharpen taste, pacing, and systems intuition. This site is my working notebook for those ideas, experiments, and practical lessons.
